Elections for three Board of Director positions will be held during the Annual Meeting. This is your opportunity to participate in decisions that shape the future of our neighborhood.
Why Participate?
Your involvement matters! By voting or running for the Board, you’re directly contributing to the success and growth of Providence Hills.
Here’s what the Board does:
- Oversees community finances and budgets.
- Manages projects like the new key fob system and amenity improvements.
- Represents homeowner interests in decisions that impact everyone.
How to Run for the Board

Steps to Get Started:
- Declare Your Candidacy
- Submit your name to Bumgardner Association Management by January 20, 2025, to be included on the printed ballot.
- Nominations will also be accepted during the meeting as write-ins.

How to Vote
Voting is easy, whether you attend the meeting in person or submit a proxy.
In-Person Voting
Join us at the clubhouse on January 26, 2025, at 1:00 PM to cast your vote and hear important updates about our community.
Submit a Proxy Form
Can’t attend? Submit a proxy form to ensure your voice is heard.
- Proxy forms will be mailed to all homeowners and can also be downloaded here: Proxy Form Download.
- Completed forms can be returned to Bumgardner Association Management or brought by another homeowner to the meeting.
Quorum Reminder
For the elections and other business to proceed, we need 20% of homeowners (52 homes) to participate, either in person or by proxy. Every vote counts!
Stay Informed
Don’t miss your chance to be part of the conversation. Our Annual Meeting will also include:
- A review of the community’s financials.
- Updates on key initiatives, like the new key fob access system.
We’ve scheduled the meeting to start before the NFL Conference Championship games, so you’ll have plenty of time to catch the action!
