Welcome to the hub of information for the 2025 Providence Hills Community Association (PHCA) Board of Directors elections, happening on January 26, 2025, at 1 pm at the Clubhouse. Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about the election process and how to get involved.

Positions Up for Election

In 2025, three Board of Directors positions are up for election, each for a two-year term. Currently held by Taryn Burns, Jose Diaz, and Andrew McDermott.

Election Process

To hold the elections, we must reach quorum, which means 20% of homeowners must be present or accounted for. This equates to 52 households. Until the vote is held, residents may be nominated for Director positions, requiring us to provide an open forum for additional nominations.

During the elections meeting, Bumgardner Association Management will verify quorum. Paper ballots will be distributed, including write-in fields. The management company will count the ballots and announce the results.

Director’s Responsibilities

The Board of Directors oversees budget preparation, area maintenance, rule enforcement, and more. Each Officer position has specific responsibilities detailed in the Bylaws.

How to Vote

Attend the meeting on January 26, 2025, at 1 pm at the Clubhouse, OR

Provide a Proxy to a resident attending the meeting.
