Request for Modification Review
Looking to make changes to the exterior of your house? We’ve got you covered! Simply follow the steps below:
For modifications including (but not limited to):
- Patios/walkways
- Exterior decorative objects/lighting
- Garden plots
- Playhouses
- Private pools
- Fencing
- Exterior landscaping and maintenance
- Deck/porch
- Exterior paint
- Storm windows/door
- Building additions
Submit the Request for Residence Modification Review form to:
