Governance
The PHCA is overseen by a Board of Directors, comprising five elected members, each serving staggered two-year terms. Executive meetings are held monthly on the fourth Monday at 7 p.m., with semi-annual community meetings typically scheduled in January/February and July/August, subject to any necessary schedule changes.
