2024 Pool Passes
Pool passes are your ticket to endless summer fun! Available to all households in good financial standing with Providence Hills Community Association. Fill out the Pool Use Application, and Bumgardner Association Management will process and mail out your passes.

Pool Party Registration
Planning a splash-tastic gathering? Each household can bring up to five guests, but if you’re hosting six or more, fill out the Scheduling a Pool Party form and send it to Carolina Pool Management at least 14 days before the event.
Notes:
- Exclusive rental of the pool is not permitted.
- Pool rental is available to Providence Hills residents with a valid pool pass for the season.
- Reservations can be made during normal operating hours in May, June, or July, with exclusions on holiday weekends and July 4th.
- Payment is required at least 10 days before the event, and confirmation will be sent by Carolina Pool Management.
